BFavMy name is Sydney and I am a little bit girly-girl, a little bit outdoors adventurer. I am 23 years old and living in good ol’ Laramie Wyoming. Montana holds a special place in my heart, because I was born and raised there, but for the past 5 years Wyoming has been my home and I absolutey love it. I graduated in 2014 from the University of Wyoming, but couldn’t quite face leaving Laramie yet, so I was fortunate enough to get hired in town. Now I can continue to explore more of this wonderful area.

Over the past few years I have become completely obsessed with numerous beauty blogs. The Small Things Blog, PolishedandPink, Gal Meets Glam, and Barefoot Blonde are just a few of my favorites, which I check religiously. And I absolutely love all of the fashion, beauty products, and reviews that beauty blogs offer for girls like me who enjoy reading about all things beauty related.

These blogs were my favorite way to waste time during the work-day or put off doing housework. Yet, I didn’t have that same outlet for another passion of mine: the outsdoors. Or more accurately any of the Tomboy-esqe activities that I enjoy.

So I decided to create my own blog that combined those interests together.

Halloween*Please, ignore the terrible picture quality, but appreciate the stellar costumes.

Brady is my incredibly patient fly-fishing teacher, baseball travel partner, and boyfriend. He even listens to me prattle on about my favorite makeup products when necessary. All around, he’s a keeper.

The dogs in our life are Teton and Eleanor. Teton is my little mutt (cattle-dog-German Shepard-probably-coyote) companion. I got him from a shelter in Lander, Wyoming, right before I started my junior year of college. Eleanor, or Ellie, is Brady’s massive Bloodhound. She is a complete gentle giant and just the sweetest, and stinkiest, girl around.

I don’t claim to be an expert about beauty or the outdoors or anything else that you may see on this blog. I simply enjoy a wide variety of activities and want to share a little bit about my life with you.

Thanks for reading,
